Vehicle Repair Estimates

If the repair notification states that a mobile estimate is required, then one of our Estimators will arrange this with the customer. If the customer calls in with the vehicle, then our Estimator will carry out an on-site estimate straight away. If an Estimator has previously compiled a mobile estimate and the vehicle arrives on site to be booked in but clearly shows on the paperwork that there's more areas of damage on the vehicle which clearly is unrelated to the initial repair instruction, then our Estimator will make contact with the customer / Insurance / Accident Management Company to notify them of our findings. If the vehicle is being booked to site ready for the repair to commence and the vehicle requires an inspection, one of our Estimators will then compile a full itemized estimate.  Once the vehicle has been fully inspected, the Estimator will then send an electronic estimate over to the Insurance Company or required contact.  Once the final repair authorisation is received  back we can then instruct the workshop to start the whole repair process. Once the vehicle has been given an ECT (estimated completion time) either the Estimator or one of our Service Advisors will make contact with the customer to advise them of this date.  The customer will then be given a unique vehicle tracking reference number which they can track their vehicles status at any time (via our website).  A member of staff will ensure that the customer is kept updated at all times throughout the whole repair process.

Call now and book a visit from one of our dedicated Estimators who will assess the damage to your vehicle at a location that is convenient for you.
